26 September 2010 If the employee having basic less than Rs.6500 is mandatory applicability, those having more than Rs,6500 basic having 3 options

1. He can opt donot want PF ( Provided they are not member in PF earlier)

2. Opt to for PF on actual basic

3, Opt for PF only on Rs.6500 basic (irrespect of actual basic)
