After passing CPT, within what time period should a student enroll for IPCC failing which the validity of the CPT result would expire?

There are no such restrictions regarding registration to ipcc after passing cpt, as validity of cpt passd candidate is not limited its lifetime. But a period of 10 months is a cut off for giving 1st attempt?
