08 July 2010 I Have not filed my return of F.Y. 2008-09 Can I now file my old return along with the return of F.Y.2009-10. How much penalty I have to pay. On F.Y. 2008-09 I was bellow taxable. But I have fille return on F.Y. 2007-08 on due date

Penalty u/s 271F for non filing of return for F. Y. 2008 - 09 may be levied by A. O. Maximum penalty would be Rs. 5,000/-.
