If Employee has not retired person but he took the leave encashment on continue job that time what exemption limit for encashment. Please solve my query.

There is no exemption for leave encashment availed during service. it is fully taxable

Any leave encashment beofre retirement is fully taxable and no exemption is available. It is exempted only if ti is encashed after retirement.
