If a employer Pays group gratuty under Employees group gratituty scheme In LIc OF india.He also Pays Services Tax on group gratuty Amount. The Employer Can Take the Credit of Of service Tax Which he Paid.

This is a disputable one. Insurance is an input in relation to output service, but not employees group scheme as this may be objected by the department, in my opinion.
