Can any body tell me that "Employee under probation period in Govt. Organisation Covered under the definition of "Govt. Employee" for all taxation issue purpose.

10 August 2012 May it be probation period or post probation period, if the person is on the rolls of Govt. Deptt then he is a Govt Employee.
