An individual running business, covered under tax audit U/s 44AB for the FY 2015-16. in that year driver (employee) died in the middle of the year by accident on duty . assesses pays some amount to the family members of such employee for after death expenditure.
Is this expenditure allowable in assesses hands. If yes is it cover under employee compensation expenditure.
