What is the proceedure of empanelment of Chartered Accountants firms for the purpose of special audit u/s 142 (2A)of the Income Tax Act 1961.

13 January 2011 IT department (Office of the Cheif Commissioner Of Income Tax (CCA))issues notification and then you have to apply as specified with in given time you can find the notification on income tax department site
