Eligibilty for ca final?

05 March 2013 Someone of my known had cleared his 2nd group of CA Final in "Nov,1986", and now wishes to continue the course. So is he eligible to do so?
If yes, then how? And also does he has to give both groups or just the 1st group?

Firstly they revalidate their registration number, there after they give both group.
