eligibility to right in new scheme CA final

i am appearing for CA final (old) scheme in nov 2010 which would be my last attempt in the said syllabus. kindly clarify my position as to changeover from old to new. If i clear one group in old syllabus, am i eligible to write the other group in new scheme.
