As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
As per this you will be eligible for May, 2014 attempt

Final attempt eligibility is depending on the completion of your articleship period. Those who have valid final registration and completed two and half years of articleship as on the first day of the exams commencing month are shall eligible to write final exams
Based on information provided your two and half years of articleship shall be completed on 5th March 2014(assuming you didn't have any excess leaves)(expecting your articleship registration date is 5th September 2011)
So if you completed your IPCC 2nd group by November 2013 attempt then you are eligible for May 2014 CA final attempt.
Note: Even you have excess leaves and such excess doesn't exceed 56 days then also you are eligible for May 2014 attempt.
