Am i eligible for may 2014 exam??? I am completing 2.5 yrs of training. I am really tensed.plaz reply

22 October 2013 To get eligibility for May 2014 CA Final exams you shall be complete 2.5 years of articleship(including excess leaves if any) as on 1-5-2014 means should be pursue last six months of articleship training including excess leaves as on 1-5-2014.

Assuming you didn't have any excess leaves then by 1-5-2014 you complete only (7+22)29 months only means not completed 30 months as on 1-5-2014 or you are pursuing last 7 months of articleship training as on 1-5-2014 since you are not eligible for May 2014 exams and eligible for November 2014 exams

You are not completing 2.5 years of articleship as on 1-5-2014 since you are not eligible for May 2014 exams.

22 October 2013 Agreed with the detailed explanation by above expert,

You will get ca final exam eligibility after completing 2.5 years of articleship,i.e, you can give attempt in last 6 months of articleship
.
.
as you said your date of completion of articleship is 30/11/2014, your first ca final attempt is NOVEMBER 2014
.
.
because of delay in re-registration of articles after transfer of articleship you lost your MAY2014 attempt, no problem concetrate on NOV2014

ALL THE BEST
