i have passed my ipce exam in may 2011 and registered for articleship training on 26th september 2011. so i want to know whether i can appear in ca final exam on november 2013 ?

You can appear for finals only after completing articleship of 2 & 1/2 years in that case you cannot appear in Nov. 13 but in May 2014 only. Till that time concentrate on your articleship. It will be very useful during professional life.
