You must complete ur 2 and half years of articleship before nov 2016 exams. So I think ur last date will be in April 2014. But I must advice u complete u to fill the articleship form as early as possible. By the way Congratulations...

yes as said by above . you will get ca final exam after 2.5 years of articleship . . So you have to register for articles and also for ca final before 1st may 2014 . . in your case mandatory to register for ca final also along with articleship other wise icai may kept your articleship reg pending
