EINVOICE issued but not found in GSTR-1

03 April 2021 Out of Several Invoice - few invoice not found in auto populated list of B2B Invoices in the month of March- What may be the reason ? Any issue if manually added that invoices in GSTR-1?

06 July 2024 If some invoices are missing from the auto-populated list of B2B invoices in your GSTR-1 for March, there could be several reasons for this issue:

1. **Timing of Data Upload:** The GSTN (Goods and Services Tax Network) portal retrieves data periodically from the GST system of the supplier. If invoices were issued towards the end of the filing period or if there were delays in uploading data by the supplier, these invoices might not have been fetched in time for auto-population.

2. **Data Mismatch or Errors:** Sometimes, discrepancies in GSTIN numbers, invoice numbers, or mismatch in filing statuses (like not filed or pending returns) can cause invoices to not appear in the auto-populated list.

3. **Technical Glitches:** Occasionally, technical issues or maintenance activities on the GSTN portal can lead to incomplete or delayed data retrieval.

To address this issue and ensure compliance:

- **Manual Addition of Invoices:** If some invoices are missing from the auto-populated list, you can manually add these invoices in your GSTR-1. There is a provision on the GSTN portal to manually enter details of missing invoices under the relevant sections (like B2B invoices).
