24 April 2010 At the time of registration user name and password were provided to us. My question is for uploading ST 3 we have to use the provided user name and password or apply again ?
Also after logging in how to fill and upload form st 3

24 April 2010 if user name and password given by department then you will submit ST-3 return.

if you are registered diretly and get user name and password it is useless.
