21 July 2013 I have wrongly filed itr 1
As per the I.T act exemption u/s 10 more than 5000.00 need to file itr 2.
Can I revise return u/s 139(5).
Can I file Itr 2 with mentioning itr 1 ack and date.

21 July 2013 Yes, you can revise the return through ITR-2 mentioning acknowledgement of original ITR-1 under sec,139(5)
