21 September 2010 Sir one of my client is not able to file the EES form under the scheme before 31st aug 2010.please tell me any chances of reopeing of the EES

21 September 2010 Last time EES was i think 8 years ago. So i dont think it would be back soon.

Also u can try winding up u/s 560.
