My education Loan Principal Amount is RS.20805/-(F.Y. 2014-15)Paid.
Interest Loan Amount is Rs.22995/-
can i gate both the amount exemption in income tax.
if my Form 16 final and shows the both amount in Form 16. What should i do.

You cannot claim principal repayment of education loan. You can only claim interest on said loan u/s 80E. If shown both in form 16 than it needs to be corrected.
