Dear Sir,
One Organisation/Company wants to pay education loan of employee, along with interest.Please tell me what is tax treatment in hand of employer and employee.

It will be treated as taxable perquisite in the hands of employee. On the other hand if the employee himself pays education loan he can avail deduction u/s 80E for interest paid.
