Hi, My query is if there are two parties involved in the transaction, A and B. A is supplier and B is buyer. If A is located(registered address) in different state than that of B but material is dispatched(loaded) from a location belongs to the state of B. How should be e waybill is generated. What should be the place of dispatch? Please explain how the ewaybill should be generated in this scenario.
