Can stamp duty on affidavits of directors or other attachments which require stamp papers can be paid electronically in Mumbai Registrar of Companies like in Delhi.

You can pay stamp duty for DIR-8 and DIR-9 via gras.mahakosh.gov.in. Such challan can be attached with DIR-8 DIR-9 for the purpose of incorporation in Mumbai.
