I want to know about the rules of E.S.I Related issue :
for example : mein 1 private company mein work karta hu or dec 2015 mein meire salary increase hoti hai or salary meire 15000 above ho jati hai like 16000 rs ( gross salary). but meire company walee aabhi bhi meira E.S.I ka contribution deduct kar rahe hai. mujhe jan 2016 ki salary with arear mili hai. jiss mein meire gross salary par E.S.I deduct hua hai. kya E.S.I Dedution sahi hai to kyu ?

yes, they have to deduct ESI till the completion of Contribution Period, Contribution pertiod will be April to Sept & Oct to March ,any change in salary between contribution period ESI to be Deducted . So they will deduct till March 2016.
