For e payment of TDS, bank is insisting that no separate bifurcation for primary cess and SHE Cess is required. Pl comment on the veracity of the same

As per my knowledge each of these head and amounts collected under those are utilized for specified purposes, so it is important to have our views clear what others says may be immaterial.
