E-payment of taxes - Will it include TDS deposit also

20 March 2008 Ref. to notification for compulsory payment of taxes by online mode, Will it also include the deposit of TDS by deductor for the m/o March,08, which will be deposited in the m/o April, 08.

As per sec. 2(43), it doesn't seem to include tds. Pls confirm whether i m right or not.
