we have two type of employees Regular and labour provided by contractor. For the Regular employees we are contibuting EPF @ 12% of full wages ( Mean above Rs 6500) Are we bound to contribute the same critaria for the conttors labout oR we can restrict the contribution up to Rs 6500 for contractor labour and beyound celling for the Regular employees
We re oppint the employees after the age of superannuation i.e afte 58 years are we liable to contribute for E P F for the remployes persons

6500 ceiling amount applicable both company employee as well as contractors labor. So long as an employee is in your employment you can deduct and contribute Provident Fund. However, if the employee attains 58 years
