03 March 2014 I need to know can we file form 67 for additional attachment of form 8 with ROC because of accede of documents.

03 March 2014 Please refer to helpkit of Form 67 which states that it cannot be filed suo motto or it cannot be filed for STP forms.

So in my opinion you cannot file this. Other views invited.
