One of my friend has already faced the same problem. You can try his solution. Solution 1. Try to create new email id which was given on the time of registration. If you able to create then you may receive the link on it for activation. Solution 2. If the email id already exist and it is not available to you then sent a request email on this email id and explain your situation and ask him to activate your registration. Solution 3. If both of the above not works then contact with IT department as per message.
