NOTIFICATION
No.F.101(327)/2005-Fin.(A/Cs)(i)/301 - In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection
(1) of section 42 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), the Lt.
Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, notifies the annual rate of interest at
the rate of eight percent for the purpose of the said section.
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
