I AM REGISTERED DEALER IN DELHI, I HAVE MADE PURCHASE 100+5( 5% VAT )=105 DATED 19.04.2010, NOW I HAVE TO GOODS RETURN WORTH RS. 25/- SO PLZ TELL ME , CAN I DECREASE MY INPUTTAX ? WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF TAX
