Sir,
We had purchased raw materials within India and paying excise duty. At the time of export we have prepared export documents along with ARE1. After exporting we have claim excise duty refund from excise authority. My question is can we claim DUTY DRAW BACK benefit also for exported goods. Please confirm sir

NO. you can one side benefit i.e. benefit of excise duty refund or duty drawback.
