22 July 2013 what is the due date of filing of income tax return for a society.
This society is new and get a grant in the first year from ministry of Rs. 33 Lakh approx and membership fees is Rs. 2 lakh approx in a/y 2013-14.

23 July 2013 Sir, is the date of filing of income tax 30 sep.
becuase my ca told me that the filing of income tax return is 31 july as the the turnover of an ngo is less than 40 lakh.... Please guide me
