WHAT IS THE DUE DATE FOR FILING OF NIL RETURN FOR A/Y 2011-12.IS IT 31ST JULY'11 OR 31ST MAR'12. ALSO IS IT COMPULSARY FOR A PERSON WITH NO TAX LIABILITY TO FILE THE RETURN BEFORE 31ST JULY'11

Due date is 31st July. However belated return can be filed before 31st March, 2012 without penalty.
If gross total income is less than exemption limit then no need to file return.

i can not file ITR for FY 2012-2013 my income below 150000/- can i return file on 12.05.14 please advice
