Please confirm what was the due date for filing 23AC and 23ACA and 20B for FY 2013-14.

11 October 2014 Balance sheet in form 23AC and 23 ACA within 30 days of holding AGM.

Annual return in form 20B should be filed within 60 days of holding AGm form FY 2013-14.

15 October is fixed under company law settlement scheme CLSS for old pending returns.
