I M PAYING TRAINING FEES TO A COMPANY IN CHINA. SHUD I DEDUCT TDS ON IT OR NOT?? PLZZZ REPLY?? IS THERE ANY CLAUSE TO DEDUCT TDS ON TRAINING FEES FOR TECHNICAL PURPOSE??

What for ? Is is for rendering services in India or in China. If the person to whom you are paying the fee does not have any PE in India and no services are rendered in India then NO TDS
