We want to change DSC of Authorised signatory but as we go for Updation it shows an error of showing PAN of earlier Authorised Person.
Earlier authorised signatory left the organization so in this case we want to update DSC of new authorised person , however system is not authorizing the same.
We have included new person as Primary Signatory but it is showing error when we try to use his DSC. How we can do this amendment.

Right now there is problem in site be it while updating DSC or Registering DSC or verifying form with DSC... So you need to wait... Also mail the screenshot of error to helpdesk@gst.gov.in

Sanjay Sir , Thank you very much for reply . Now my problem is I can not use DSC of manager who left our company & new DSC is not registered , How can I submit my returns. I have submitted returns but same are pending for DSC sign.

Try registering new DSC. I am trying to register a DSC since 20.08.17 but same error showing and DSC could not be registered. Mail your concerns to helpdesk@gst.gov.in

You can't update the new DSC. Bcoz, At the time of registration / migration you select and submit for the manager (old). Now, the position the old manager is the authorized person by the system (GSTN)...
If you can change the authorized person. First of you ll be amend the details like new one is your authorized...
So, Wait for the Amendment......
