Dsc on form 20b, 23ac and 23aca

18 March 2015 I have wrongly signed the dsc on form 20B, 23AC and 23ACA of a company for the F.Y 2012-13 but I have not Audited that company and balance sheet with profit & loss account was not signed by me.

Pls suggest how can I revise the same or is it OK to submit with ROC just my dsc signed on the forms else Pls tell the way out now

19 March 2015 no need to do revise filing of e-form 23AC, 23ACA & 20B. It is irrelevant whether you have audited the accounts or not

19 March 2015 sir but what about that mentioning my firm details in the forms 23AC, 23 ACA. Whether there will a liability on my side

20 March 2015 if you have the audited the accounts then only your details should be entered in form 23ac& 23aca.

However even though you have not audited the accounts you still can certify the eform if you have verified the particulars and attachment of eform and you have found them true and correct.
