e-TDS returns want compulsory Digital Signature or Not...?

What is the meaning of Digital Signature Certificate or Digital Signature (token)?

How to use these two Certificates...?

31 December 2016 Digital Signature certificate issued to Individuals -Class 2 This is generally used for filing documents Income Tax, Registrar of Companies and VAT.Compulsory for 44AB Cases

Digital Signature Certificate is a digital equivalent of a hand written signature which has an extra data attached electronically to any message or a document.

DSC can be uploaded With the USB tokens Which can be used For Signing Tax return and other form .

One more clarify...

I have a Partnership Firm's (2Person) accounts. I following their All accounts and Taxation works...

They deducted some tds for rent and salary... one of the Partner have DSC-Token and I use it TN VAT.
The same DSC-Token will be use TDS & Income Tax...? It is available...?!

31 December 2016 If you want to do online correction or filing required DSC, offline filing of TDS DSC not require. If you have DSC you can Generate Digitaly signed form 16/16A

31 December 2016 Yes, First you have to register in Income tax website and you should choose him as signing authority in ITR form also online login.
