18 February 2011 If a single bill below Rs. 30,000/- or yearly payment less than Rs. 75,000/- no TDS deductible.

Further more manufacturing or supplying a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer does not attract TDS.
