Taxing the same income twice. Eg profit taxed in the hands of the company and then taxed again when the same profit is distributed as dividend to the shareholders. Profit taxed in the hands of the firm and its partners etc.

Doe it mean...Taxing d same income in the hands of one assessee twice? Or D income shldnt b taxed twice n it is nt imp in wos hands it is taxed?
