we are donate every year above 10,000 to ayapa temple is it come under 80G deductions and tell me list of notified donations under 80G

If you received valid receipt for donation , It should contain the name, address and PAN number of the trust, name of the donor, amount donated and registration of trust under 80G and Validity of registration on the date of donation.
