I am running a small business and registered it as LLP. We are two partners in this LLP company. we are about to sign a contract with a foreign company but for paper work they are asking "A copy of the resolution appointing the signing director or a similar document."
Please help me with this. Actually, I don't know what kind of document is it. Please explain and provide any draft/template if possible.
Need information ASAP. Thanks for all your help in advance.

They are asking you to pass a resolution in which on the letterhead of the company, it was said
The company is many a time facing a difficulty to organize a meeting to Sign a particular document, deed and other important document, So, Mr. xyz, Designated Partner of the LLP firm, proposes the name of Sh....... to act on behalf of the company as authorised signatory and after discussion, Following resolution has been passed "Resolved That Mr. ........., Designated partner of the LLP, be and is hereby appointed as authorised signatory on behalf of the LLP to Sign, execute, Enter into various assignments, contracts on behalf of the LLP"
