30 January 2012 as i m applying for the service tax number and my office premisese in vikas puri so i want to know in which division we fall 1 or 2

30 January 2012 Generally if you are not sure of the division, you could choose any and make the application for registration, on granting the registration the officer shall make necessary correct up dation of the same for issuing the certificate. (This is basically answered from personal practical expierience).
