13 August 2014 If dividend of a foreign company is received in India , for whom and all it will be taxable( ordinary resident, not ordinary resident, nonresident)

13 August 2014 in case of resident there is no confusion - it is taxable.

in case of other tax status any income received in India is to be taxed in India. But you can avail DTAA benefits for avoiding double taxation.

13 August 2014 taxation of Dividend from foreign company depend on the residential status of the recipient.

for R but NOR, it is taxable if it is received in India.
