03 August 2010 RECENLTY MY CO. HAS RECEIVED DIVIDEND WARRENT ( DATED 09.07.10 ) OF RS. 22 FROM UBI EQ. SHARES DECLARED FOR THE YEAR 2009-10. MY BOOKS OF 2009-10 WILL HAVE AUDIT DATE AS AFTER 09.07.10. SHOULD I BOOK THE ACCURED DIVIDEND ( AS INCOME ) ENTRY IN F.Y. 2009-10 OR BOOK IT IN F.Y 2010-11.

The date of declaration of dividend it the time of accrual of dividend which is done at the AGM.
