Tell me about Dividend(Interim & Proposed),Dividend Distribution Tax.
When we declared dividend & Deposit D.D.T. ??

02 March 2011 If you declare Dividend either Interim or Proposed you need to remit/pay DDT of 15% + 10% surcharge + 3% of E.cess(i.e16.995%) with in 7 days of declaring dividend.
