Dear Experts Kindly give your opinion regarding following- Refer Sec. 274(1)(g)[Disqualification of Director] read with sec. 227(3)(f)[Power and Duties of auditor]. Now, I want to know whether a certificate is required(as stated in the Auditors Report), in the case of a PRIVATE COMPANY that no director is disqualified to act as director of the Company in case of Statutory Audit as per Companies Act, 1956?
Plz explain co-relating with the sections of the Companies Act, 1956 along with Directors Disqualification Rule notified in this regard.
