Hi,
can anyone help me, we are deducting TDS under 194J as party is using their professional skill in it. But our party is not allow to deduct it. as per their opinion, they are covered under 194C. Kindly advice. what proof i will take to deduct as per party's opinion.

In such instances, please ask the party to contact its concerned Income Tax Officer and get the certificate from the said income tax officer about either NIL tds or lower rate of TDS.
