Discrepancy found in articleship letter

14 January 2013 I had submitted my articleship letter two months after i joined my articleship. I have now received a letter of discrepancy dated 09.11.12 from ICAI. They are asking me for a letter of discrepancy and xerox copy of form 102. I have not submitted the requirements yet. Can you please tell me whether there is a time limit for fullfiling these reqirements?? And whether i will face any problem in articleship registration because of this delay in rectifying the discrepancy??I will somehow submit the demand draft,xerox copy and letter within this week.. Please help me

15 January 2013 you should get in touch with ur regional council asap...
your registration might be suspended if you did't obey the instructions
