I have taken membership in a society and i want to disclose it as an investment. How can i disclose it in case of a private limited company?? Please reply as its very urgent for me..

You can not show membership fees as an investment.
Read AS 13 Accounting For Investments.
You have to recognize expense of membership fees paid
